Raised on the Southside of Chicago and a current resident of the South Loop, he is knowledgeable about each of the city’s vibrant neighborhoods. He attended Saint Xavier University where he gained essential business knowledge and developed an exceptional work ethic that serves his clients.
Currently, Tom is a Real Estate Broker of Downtown Realty Company. He specializes in the construction value of real estate, whether it is assisting first-time home buyers or experienced investors, he has the knowledge. His unique value in the industry stems from eighteen years of experience working as a construction laborer, kitchen and bath designer, project manager, construction manager and business manager.
Tom’s goal is to provide sound advice to clients to mitigate the unknowns and maximize value-add opportunities.
