Kati Baker

As Chief Executive Officer, Kati Baker has been a driving force behind the success of Downtown Apartment Collective for several years. She began her career with the company in 2010 as a leasing agent and then broker, and was promoted to Director of Recruitment in 2011 where she built the Downtown Apartment Collective team. Kati’s leadership skills and strategic vision led to her promotion to CEO in 2023.  Kati brings a hands-on, client-focused approach to her role and a commitment to providing exceptional service to Downtown Apartment Collective’s clients.
