How to virtual tours work?
When you reach out to our office, one of our team members will ask you about your search. After curating a list of appropriate options, you’ll select your favorites and we’ll send you video walk throughs of each apartment and the amenities in each building. The application process is all online as well.
How will I get a sense for the neighborhood?
Downtown Apartment Collective agents live and work downtown and are experts on the local neighborhoods. Your agent can provide you with local recommendations, fill you in on what’s nearby, and send you photos or videos of the neighborhood, too.
