Riverline will have a heavy emphasis on nature with features like aquatic grasses and sedges to create a habitat for amphibious and aquatic wildlife and large, open green spaces.
With its convenient location, Riverline is just a short distance to multiple public CTA and Metra transit stations and highway entrances, three major grocery stores, Michigan Avenue, Museum Campus, Grant Park, and several major universities like Depaul, Roosevelt, UIC, Rush Medical School, University of Chicago, School of the Art Institute, Kent School of Law, and Columbia College.
