A new River North development by Antunovich Associates is underway at 741 N Wells. The new 21 story tower is expected to be 255 feet upon completion and will include 9,400 square feet of retail space and 178 apartments, comprised of 70 studios, 68 one bedrooms, 40 two bedrooms, and penthouses. 741 N Wells is also expected to have state of the art amenities across multiple amenity levels.
The second and third levels will house parking with additional bicycle parking for up to 150 bikes as well as a dog run and dog spa. Fourth floor amenities include a rooftop deck, a fitness center, and outdoor fitness space, as well as private terraces for select units. Select units on other floors will have traditional balconies. The top floor amenity level will include even more fitness space, a club room, and outdoor pool deck, and ample work from home space.
The exterior will be a contemporary loft style, featuring floor to ceiling glass and metal accents, consistent with the style of the surrounding Gallery District portion of River North. The existing structure at 755 N Wells and nearby Brehon Pub will not be affected.
