1150 W Lake Fulton Market luxury apartments is being developed by LG Development Group and is currently under construction on the stretch of Lake Street between May and Racine. This large scale West Loop development will be mixed use and include two towers: the southern tower will cap out at 29 stories with 486 apartments and the northern tower will be 18 stories with roughly 179 apartments. The composition of units is expected to be mostly one bedroom apartments and studios with some two and three bedroom units. Each tower will also offer ample amenity spaces for residents, on site parking, and bike storage.
Additionally, plans for 1150 W Lake include a pedestrian way that will serve as public space for retail and pop up events.
In addition to its close proximity to the retail, dining, nightlife, and social scenes on Randolph and Fulton Market streets, 1150 W Lake is also just a few blocks to three major grocery stores, co-working spaces, and the CTA and highway entrances.
1150 W Lake is slated for a 2024 completion date.
