In addition to the sustainable finishes and consumption conscious appliances, the LEED Gold certified building took additional measures toward environmental wellness. All residents receive complimentary non-toxic cleaning supplies, a seasonal crop box program through their rooftop produce garden, and complimentary fitness classes at Fit Body Bootcamp, an on site retail partner.
