Nevele22 (1122 W Chicago Ave) is one of River West’s newest luxury apartment buildings, with studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments (a total of 97 units) preleasing this spring. The seven story apartment building is being developed by Lipe Property Company and designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners.
